In 2021, I turned an idea into a venture Little Creations Ranchi, a homegrown initiative delivering fresh cakes, bakery products, and gifting hampers across the city. During the pandemic, when trust and hygiene became top consumer priorities, I identified a key market gap: no local bakery offered tamper-proof or hygienic packaging. Little Creations became the first in Ranchi’s bakery segment to introduce 100% tamper-proof, branded packaging, setting a new standard for safety and reliability.

Collaborating with top-rated local bakeries, I managed the end-to-end process, from supply chain and order systems to delivery operations. Through thoughtful packaging design, strategic partnerships, and an on-order-only model, the venture ensured freshness, trust, and a premium experience at every customer touchpoint.

Running Little Creations taught me to think like both a designer and an entrepreneur balancing creativity with operational and strategic thinking.
